Artcore are importing over 15 years experience knowledge, skills and their far reaching connections of the art world into the city at a time when Derby is rapidly growing and evidencing its capability and capacity to flex it’s artistic muscle. |

I am delighted to be working with Artcore to assist in their engagement with Derby and have absolutely no doubt of that they will achieve even greater success. |

Artcore Gallery founded by Zahir Shaikh and a few other artists in the mid 90’s showcased the work of young Artists, especially recent graduates. Artists and art lovers still feel nostalgic about Artcore, remembering the support it provided to the artists community with its unspoken motto of ‘By Artist, for Artists’. |
